My insurance company had made an error when booking in my vehicle in for repair and when I turned up with my car there was no record of my booking. Typically, this would be a pretty stressful situation, however, Mick and Courtney at Geelong Smash Repairs went out of the way to resolve the issue on the spot...which they did. I was able to leave my car with them to be repaired, much to my relief and gratitude. Further to this my car was repaired ahead of schedule and I received it back in immaculate condition.
