Geelong Smash Repairs were excellent. The whole process was easy and handled well. The car was cleaned and vacuumed. The repair works were really good. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Geelong Smash Repairs. My insurance company had made an error when booking in my vehicle in for repair and when I turned up with my car there was no record of my booking. Typically, this would be a pretty stressful situation, however, Mick and Courtney at Geelong Smash Repairs went out of the way to resolve the issue on the spot...which they did. I was able to leave my car with them to be repaired, much to my relief and gratitude. Further to this my car was repaired ahead of schedule and I received it back in immaculate condition. Such fabulous service - started with the friendly receptionist on the phone  - it was such a reassuring and helpful experience- I was invited to come when it suited me -full details explained and quoted quickly and with very friendly staff- Second time I’ve been there and once again knew that I was in excellent hands Thank you to all the wonderful team @ GSR Lucie Rose ????
